Jesse received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 1999, Mr. LeGrande received his Masters degree in Business Administration, graduating from Case Western Reserve University. In the same year, Jesse also became a licensed Agent thru the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) and began representing NFL players within his first year of certification.
After 4 successful years of athlete representation, in 2003 - Jesse LeGrande joined Schwartz & Feinsod, a sports management firm based in New York that represented approximately 20 NFL players. Mr. LeGrande spent 3 years with Schwartz and Feinsod where he negotiated millions of dollars in NFL player contracts, while the firm's client roster increased by nearly 40% during that time period.
Jesse decided to leave Schwartz & Feinsod in the spring of 2006 and founded Diamond Sports & Talent Management – a world class sports & entertainment management firm. With over 15 years of business experience, a dedicated team of professionals, and an ever expanding client roster of NFL players and entertainment clients, Mr. LeGrande's growing practice leaves him looking to the future with much excitement and anticipation!
